On the council's own share, the rise works out at about £2.36 a week for a Band D home.
Council tax raises £107.5 million, 31% of Conwy's £341 million funding. Revenue Support Grant from the Welsh Government provides 57% and redistributed business rates 12%. Of the council's own Band D charge of £2,011.26, its leaflet allocates £690.93 to social care and £620.12 to education, schools and youth services.
